We do not accept returns or refunds. Most of our furniture is in “as is” condition. We do, however, thoroughly vacuum, deep and steam clean all furniture with fabric. Additionally, we polish leather and wood pieces on a consistent basis in order to produce the best possible used furniture to sell.
We ask all of our customers to double or triple check an item that is being purchasing to make sure the piece(s) are to their satisfaction. In fact, we do the same before buying because the last thing we want is a dissatisfied customer finding an issue once an item is placed in their residence.
