Yes, we do! We give our customers two options: You can pay in full for an item(s) using any major credit card OR if you’d rather make more affordable payments, better known as pay now, buy later (PNBL) we use AfterPay. Once you make a purchase, email us a timeframe when you plan to pick up your items at our location. Your items will have a “sold” label on them.

Of course. Our customers have a 2-hour window to cancel their order. However, there will be cancellation fees applied if you miss the cutoff — see our cancellation policy for more information.
We do not. We ask all of our customers to double or triple check an item they are purchasing to make sure there’s nothing wrong. In fact, we do the same before buying any piece of furniture because the last thing we want is a dissatisfied customer finding a problem once the item is in the home and/or delivered to you.
Yes we do! We work specifically with professional mover, Don Frey of Budget Movers. Delivery fees start at $75 and may increase depending how far your residence is from ShapeShifter and if there is more than one piece of furniture. All items are carefully wrapped/packed before they leave our showroom. For payment, Don takes Zelle or cash.

We do. However, customers pay for shipping costs. We recommend uship.com or anyone similar to get the best possible cost. Most shipping companies will pick up items in our showroom that have been purchased and pack them.
